CityMark’s Cabri Shines with Grand Opening Success

Nestled in Point Loma's vibrant Voltaire Corridor, Cabri by CityMark boasts a remarkable opening weekend sell-out of its first phase, claiming 41% of its total homes. The walkable location and lifestyle-driven floor plans drove sales success. Local firm AFMKTG managed branding, graphics, and marketing.

Ami Samuel Interiors Provides Design Services to Rancho Coastal Humane Society

Ami Samuel Interiors (ASI) is pleased to announce that they are working with the Rancho Coastal Humane Society in Encinitas to provide interior design services for their new buildings currently under construction. ASI will be providing interior furnishings for the Welcome Center, Learning Center, Charlotte's Medical Center and K-9 Office. The Learning Center in the rendering will encompass 2,000 sq. ft. and replaces the original barn structure; and the 5,000 sq. ft Charlotte's Medical Center replaces a 500 sq. ft. facility built in the 1960s. Construction completion is planned for late summer.

Kelvin, a mixed-use project by CityMark in Lemon Grove, showcases a new, colorful mural by Betty Larkin, coordinated by AFMKTG. This colorful mural enhances the neighborhood while incorporating the brand story.
