A BIA Homecoming
Arcadis, an architectural firm dedicated to sustainable growth for San Diego County, welcomes Kyle Schertzing, AIA, NAIOP as Architecture Practice Lead & Associate Director along with Dale Harvey, PLS as Associate Principal for Strategic Partnerships. Arcadis has joined the BIASD and along with Kyle & Dale, they look forward to re-engaging with and working alongside other BIA members on projects and through committee assignments.

Tri-Pointe Welcomes New Purchasing Coordinator
Please join us in welcoming Peter Bertone to the Tri-Pointe Homes San Diego team as a Purchasing Coordinator. In his new role, Peter will process contracts and change orders for various trades both on and offsite. He is excited to learn more about the new home and building industry and to work with an amazing team. Peter served in the Navy for 9 years as a Yeoman, gaining a wide range of administrative experience. In his free time, you can find him hanging out with his wife and 2-year old son. Welcome Peter!
