Hill Construction Company Wins Two 2023 Grand Gold Nugget Awards!

Hill Construction was honored to take home two of the coveted Grand Awards at PCBC’s Gold Nugget Ceremony held May 24^th, 2023 in Anaheim. “Reflection House,” a Beverly Hills masterpiece, won in the category “Best Custom Home 5,000 – 7,500 Sq Ft” and “Desert Rose,” a Palm Desert luxury custom home won in the category “Best Indoor/Outdoor Lifestyle.”

RICK Engineering Opens New Location in Santa Clarita

RICK Engineering Company (RICK) has opened its 11^th office in the Western United States in Santa Clarita, a growing region approximately 30 miles north of Los Angeles. The office will be led by Hoon Hahn, a registered civil engineer with 29 years of industry experience and more than 22 years with the city of Santa Clarita. RICK will provide civil engineering, design, and consulting services to clients in both the public and private market sectors, serving the Santa Clarita Valley and the High Desert.

Phase 1 Released at Hilltop Crossing

Ito Girard & Associates has released Phase 1 of their newest community, Hilltop Crossing. There are 12 homes now available out of 47 total in the community. This Central San Diego location, off of Euclid Avenue, focuses on providing an opportunity for homeownership to middle-income buyers, with several being offered at reduced prices.
