Mint & Citrus Sangria

This refreshing sangria returns to all Clover Hill locations for a limited time. Enjoy a glass for $7 each (you keep the glass) or a carafe for $21. Sangria carafes can be consumed on the patio, or taken home to enjoy later.
If you love it, make it at home!
Ingredients:
1 bottle of Pinot Grigio
6 oz. simple syrup
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
8-10 mint leaves
Directions:
Pour simple syrup into a pitcher, add mint leaves and muddle. Stir in slices of lemon and lime, and the Pinot Grigio. Chill for 1 hour. Garnish each glass with a mint leaf.

June 10 & 11 - is the popular Day in the Vineyard event
The Grand Tasting - held at Vynecrest this year - will include a complimentary sangria, specially-made charcuterie box, formal wine tasting featuring three wines each from Vynecrest and Clover Hill (for a total of 6 wines), and presentations from winery owners Sam Landis and Kari Skrip.
Following the Grand Tasting, travel one mile down Schantz Road to Clover Hill where you’ll receive a glass of sparkling wine and a Premise Maid dessert.
Casual dress is suggested. Reservations are required. Space is limited.
There are four seatings: June 10 at 12 and 2 p.m., and June 11 at 12 and 2 p.m. Tickets are $50 per person and are on sale now by visiting or calling either winery.

Our popular winery tours are back with more dates. This 45-minute tour includes stops in the vineyard and production areas of the winery, a sampling of four wines, and a stemless glass for you to keep. Advance reservations suggested. Award-winning photographer Jim Gavenus will offer mini photo sessions at Clover Hill Winery in Breinigsville. It's a great opportunity to have professional photos taken of yourself, family or friends. Pets are permitted in the photo. Maximum of 6 people per session. Photos will be taken rain or shine. Digital files with basic editing will be emailed within 1 week to a designated contact person per session. Reservations are required and are nonrefundable.
