We are thrilled to announce the return of Pierogi Flights to Clover Hill! This year, flights will be served over 5 days from 1-4 p.m. at The Winery in Breinigsville.

Flights will feature the following pierogi/wine pairings:

Traditional pierogi paired with Barbera
Buffalo Chicken pierogi paired with Vidal Blanc
Farmer’s Cheese pierogi paired with Vignoles

Pierogies are made locally by Mama’s Pierogies at Black Forest Deli in Bethlehem, PA.

Sparkling wines are meant to be enjoyed year round! Join Clover Hill owner, Kari Skrip, for a 1-hour class all about sparkling wines. We will discuss everything sparkling and will sample 2 sparkling wines and 2 champagne cocktails. Light appetizers will be served.

Join Dan Bennett, Clover Hill’s assistant winemaker and former distiller, on a trip through the world of distilled spirits. This one-hour class covers all the basics of distilled spirits and how they connect to and augment our favorite fermented libation … WINE! The class will include 2 cocktails and 2 fortified wines.
