Pitch-perfect vineyard

delivered symphonic harvest

Sometimes, everything aligns — like my father, John Skrip Jr, would say, “flowing like a symphony orchestra.”

And this year, the vineyard sang.

The 2025 harvest was music in motion.

The season stretched long beneath golden skies,

the fruit was rich and plentiful.

We began in August’s warm embrace,

and picked nearly every day

until October’s final curtain call.

Twelve varietals danced in the sun,

each with its own melody,

but the stars of our song were clear:

Vidal, bold and bright,

Cabernet Sauvignon, deep and resonant,

Cabernet Franc, rich and elegant ,

and Merlot, full of character and life.

The fruit was beautiful.

Our team was extraordinary.

And the wines?

They are already whispering promises

of what’s to come.

Thank you for following our 2025 grape harvest and keep your eyes open for the first of these wines in spring of 2026.

Cheers!

Kari Skrip
