Notes from the Vineyard:

Prepping for vintage 2025

The land begins to thaw. The soil warms. The days grow longer and the sun gets stronger. Just like that, we usher in another growing season at Clover Hill. 


We follow nature's timeline and scramble to prune - by hand - our six vineyards prior to bud burst. These cuttings won't be wasted; they are being collected and will be burned at our second annual Burning of the Cuttings event on April 27. 


This ceremonial burning sets the stage for our 49th grape growing season and the promise of a new vintage. However, just like previous years, the season will be full of challenges as well as rewards. 


The next time you visit Clover Hill, let's raise our glasses to toast the grapes that have been lovingly farmed for you and the wine that has been painstakingly crafted for you. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Travel up the hill to the distillery for a free tour and complimentary sample of what we're currently distilling.

Full Moon Flow and Fill Up Your Glass

Saturday, April 12 at 5:30 p.m.

One-hour all-levels yoga flow held at Clover Hill and led by Gabby of Vibe Power Yoga. $30 per person.

In April we honor the Pink Moon, a symbol of fresh beginnings and an invitation for healing and emotional growth and releasing old energies - a cosmic spring cleaning for your soul.

Yogis under the age of 21 are welcome to attend. After class, enjoy a complimentary beverage, light appetizers and 10% off a wine purchase.

Smoked meats and Burning of the Cuttings seem like a natural partnership, right? That’s why we’re serving Smoked Meats Flights!

The Iron Grille is cooking up three mouth-watering meats and we’re pairing them with wine. Each flight includes:

Bacon Cinnamon Roll - smoked bacon with cinnamon bun spices topped with a sweet white icing paired with Vidal Blanc

- Beef Burnt End - beef brisket burnt end drizzled with homemade barbecue sauce paired with Vignoles

- Smoked Chicken Cordon Bleu - chicken, ham, Swiss & Gruyere cheese mix, all topped with a Swiss and Gruyere cheese sauce and paired with Oak Vidal Blanc

Mozzarella di Michael Experience at The Winery in Breinigsville

Mozzarella di Michael visits Clover Hill for yet another fun and food-filled afternoon party. Audience participation is encouraged during this unique mozzarella-making three-hour event, which includes a welcome champagne cocktail made with Clover Hill wine and a specialty drink made with Clover Hill Spirits. Tickets are on sale now (hint: great Mother's Day gift!)! $110 per person. Reservations are required. Ages 21+ only!
