Community Announcements

The Music Festival features wonderful musicians from the community.


It will be held on the North School Field starting at 11am (immediately after the parade ends). If you or someone you know is interested in performing, please send a note to: memorialday@hillsborough.net


New performers, please submit an audition video - iPhone videos are fine. All styles of music are considered and we encourage performers of all ages to participate!


The Parade and Carnival welcome participants and volunteers.

Time to remove your scotch broom and pick up the eucalyptus bark.

Tip - The wet soil makes the broom easily to pull out at the root, but not if cut right at the ground.

Register for HCSD Kindergarten Tours

Tuesday, March 12th, 8:45-9:45 AM

North, South, and West Elementary Schools will be hosting informational tours for prospective Kindergarten parents and guardians. If you are interested in touring and learning more about your neighborhood school, please register HERE. For more information about our schools, please visit our website: www.HCSDk8.org

 The Hillsborough Neighborhood Network (HNN) will be holding an Active Attacker Drill at Hillsborough Town Hall (1600 Floribunda Avenue) on Sunday, April 21st from 9:00am to noon. Join your neighbors as HNN and the Police Department discuss and practice what to do during and after an Active Attacker situation. Additional details about the drill can be found on the HNN website at www.hillsborough.net/hnn.

 

HNN is a group of residents collaborating to organize neighborhoods for emergency preparedness at the individual, neighborhood, and community levels. Contact HNN at HNN_Group@hillsborough.net to learn ways for you, your family, and your neighbors to be involved and be prepared!
