We’re reaching out to inform you of an important change. As of July 1, 2025, Orange County's M/WBE (Minority/Women Business Enterprise) program has been suspended. In its place, we are introducing a more comprehensive and streamlined initiative: the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program.
What’s next?
As we work to develop the details of the SBE Program, your input is essential. Throughout the month of July, we will be hosting a series of virtual information sessions and webinars to share early details, answer questions, and most importantly — gather your feedback.
