IT'S TIME TO BOOK YOUR SEAT FOR ONE OF THESE EXCLUSIVE EVENTS!

THERE IS A NEW PROCESS FOR 2025. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

This year we'll be using the reservation system that is part of the SHPE National Convention Attendee Hub - the system that powers the event app - for people to book their seats for the events that have been ticketed in the past.

By adding the special event to your agenda, that is your SEAT RESERVATION. Once you've added it, you've booked your seat, and a scan of your badge will gain you entrance to that particular session.

You will be unable to book overlapping special events and we ask that if you decide you cannot attend, that you remove the event from your agenda so that someone else may take your seat. It's just like a restaurant reservation.

AVAILABLE TICKETED MEALS

Reservations are first-come, first-serve.

Not all seats are being released at this time, so if you do not get a reservation today, you will have another opportunity.

To reserve a seat, click the "Add to Agenda" link and then add the event to your agenda in the desktop version of the Attendee Hub. You will be asked to sign in.

If your plans change, please remove the meal from your agenda to release the seat for others. You cannot double-book meal events or transfer your reservation, but others may claim a released seat.
