Forum & Expo Last Minute Information 

Onsite Registration Available

While the online event portal has closed, you can still register for the 2024 Forum & Expo, July 1418, in Irving, Texas. Onsite registration will be available at the Irving Convention Center during the following times: 


  • Sunday, July 14, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm     
  • Monday, July 15, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm  
  • Tuesday, July 16, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm  
  • Wednesday, July 17, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm  
  • Thursday, July 18, from 7:30 am to 10:30 am 

 

*Please note that those who register onsite will not be able to register for certifications.

IMSA is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to fill these crucial roles onsite at the upcoming 2024 Forum & Expo! 


Tech Session Speaker Presenters: 


  • Introduce speakers before their session begins. 
  • Skills Needed: Strong communication skills, punctuality and a professional demeanor. 


Tech Session Badge Scanners: 


  • Scan badges of attendees at the entrance of tech sessions. 
  • Skills Needed: Basic tech skills, attention to detail and a friendly attitude.

Complimentary Half-Day Passes for Public Safety Professionals in Irving Area

Complimentary half-day Expo Hall passes will be available for exhibitor’s customers and employees of public agencies in the Irving area. Those wishing to take advantage of the comp passes must register onsite on July 16 or 17. Registrations will open at 11:45 am on Tuesday and Wednesday.  


*The passes do not include access to lunch or any other part of the Forum & Expo.
