redbox+ Dumpsters implemented the Truck Rental Program to help our franchisees when they are in a time of need and dedicated a 2024 Kenworth T480 “Baby 8” (66K GVW) with a vac system to the Program.This policy serves to express management’s commitment to and involvement in providing our franchisees truck support in times of need. This truck is ready to go and available to rent now. PACCAR Parts & Kenworth Premiere Care Programs

Paccar Parts Fleet Program:


The PACCAR Parts Program provides not to exceed pricing on Kenworth parts.


Important! If a franchisee did not sign and return the Acknowledgement and Agreement Form, they were disenrolled from the program.


Kenworth Premier Care Program:


The Kenworth Premier Care Program (also referred to as “KW Assist”) provides assistance when a Kenworth truck breaks down and needs unscheduled repairs or when conducting scheduled services. The Kenworth Premier Care Program is only available to franchisees that participate in the Paccar Parts Program. We will conduct a demonstration of your Decisiv Web Page where you will track all your truck repairs and services during the January 9th Summit Session. 


Important! If you are not enrolled in the Paccar Parts Program, you cannot take advantage of the Kenworth Premier Care Program.


This program provides a service directly from Kenworth to you. They will schedule, provide updates and document both unplanned repairs and scheduled services. Additionally, if the KW dealer is not providing timely service, the Premier Care Program can penalize them via their report card program. This provides you a liaison, documentation and support for your repair and service needs.


You must enroll in this program after you are enrolled in the Paccar Parts Program and have submitted the Agreement and Acknowledgement Form. You should have received an email from Carol Forehand (Carol.Forehand@PACCAR.com) on 9/6/24 with enrollment instructions. I’ve asked her to resend it and it may have come from Roemer Lorenzo (Roemer.Lorenzo@PACCAR.com). Carol is the Manager of the Customer Center and provides oversight to the Kenworth Premier Care Program. Her email will include a simple application form. Please complete it and return it soonest to start receiving the benefits of this 24-hour, 7-day a week program. Lastly, they will set up a portal for each franchisee to use to manage their accounts and view repair and service status. Again, we will demonstrate the portal during the Summit Series on January 9th


Please follow her instructions: “ To begin the process of setting up your location in our system, please click on the following link: Initial Fleet Setup Request. This will take you to a form where you can provide us with some basic information about your location. Once you have completed and submitted this form, my team will send you an additional form that contains questions specific to the requirements of your location. Both forms must be completed and returned to us before you can start using our services.”


New Abandoned Cart Notification in Docket

We are excited to announce a new Docket feature!


Docket has introduced a new system notification feature that will BCC you whenever someone abandons a cart. This new tool will help you stay on top of potential leads more efficiently.

WARNING: Drinks Containing THC

There are drinks available for purchase at convenience stores that contain THC.

As an example, here is a link to one of the manufacturers: https://drinkdelta.com/

* Drinks come in different strengths of THC. 

* For some drinks, the advertised amount of THC in the drink is "per serving" and some are listed as 4 servings per can

* There is a warning on the can to "Not operate heavy machinery". 

* The word "high" is avoided but clearly, the description is that these drinks will likely influence the user’s motor and cognitive ability.

* At least one manufacturer advertises that you "may" fail a drug test. 

* Many cans look similar to "energy drinks" and could be confused as such although "THC" is usually clearly written on the products. 

* THC is usually clearly marked on the products. 

I recommend you formally notifying all employees who are subject to drug testing to be aware that these products are in the cooler section of your favorite convenience store and to really pay attention to what they are purchasing. These drinks are NOT a valid excuse for a failed drug test.

REMINDER: Annual FMCSA Limited Query

FMCSA requires annual queries(Limited). The Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse became operational in January so December is a logical reminder of an annual query. Technically, the annual query is due on the employee’s anniversary, but it may be easier to run all the queries at the same time each year.
