While most Financial Advisors know that Estate Planning is about more than just a Life Insurance policy and a Will, it is only when we are privileged enough to spend some time with a true expert in the field that we begin to understand how truly pivotal their role is in the Estate Planning process.

Do you want to add a value added benefit for your clients and prospects so that they can “Plan It Right & Sleep Tight”?

By attending this interactive workshop, you will learn that estate planning is not as simple as just estimated asset values at life expectancy and then putting a life insurance policy in place to pay the taxes.

In this workshop, Jim will cover the following:

  • He will explain the concept of creating a dual will estate where assets are divided among 2 wills to provide for an easier transition of assets to the heirs, as well as significantly less estate taxes.

  • Jim will examine the big questions that a person / couple must consider when choosing their Executor and solidifying their Estate Plan.

  • The role of the Executor is a difficult one, and one where there are NO choices! Many people believe that it is an honor to name someone as their Executor, and many people think that they have "a simple estate".

  • This workshop will walk you through the some of the biggest myths people have about creating their wills, distributing their estates, and the role that their Executor plays in the process.

Key Takeaways for the Advisor

When the workshop is completed, and as all the major issues are examined, a new clarity emerges that will motivate the advisor and clients to take another look at their own estate plan and ask that question…”Did I consider this issue, and is it going to cause a problem to my clients, prospects and my own heirs that I can prevent now?”

Upon completing this workshop, the advisor will know what products, concepts or solutions that should be offered to their clients and prospects to mitigate any future estate challenges or problems.
