The arcline relates to the pituitary gland and our ability to regulate the nervous system and balance the glands. Spiritually, the arcline moves the desire to serve humanity from the theoretical realm into everyday action. 


With themes of justice, protection and prayer, the intuition of the arcline can protect you from stress. A strong arcline amplifies your radiance and governs your direction, focus, and impact. Numerology for July 2023

The month of July is an interesting mix-up of “watch your step,” combined with a “follow your heart” free-flowing approach to life. We have double 7’s in the cosmic lineup, appearing both as the month and overall year. Number 7 is the Water Element, so this will be affecting the movement of water on the planet as well as our emotional equilibrium, in a dramatic way. Not letting yourself get pulled into someone else’s tsunami of senseless drama is an important rule of the road for July.

Pituitary Gland Series

Two-Stroke Breath to Connect the Subconscious and the Intuition

This is a 15-minute pranayama to connect the subconscious and the intuition. Use your breath to stimulate the pituitary. The pituitary, which is stimulated by focusing at the end of the nose, has to adjust. It takes some practice. But it may give you a strength that you never had before.
