Commissioner Shell signs proclamation

declaring Kentucky Women in Ag Day


Jessica Wilkerson, president of Kentucky Women in Agriculture, proudly holds a proclamation signed by Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner Jonathan Shell declaring Nov. 12 as Kentucky Women in Agriculture Day. "Commissioner Shell is a steadfast advocate for agriculture, and I’m thankful for his support of our organization and his friendship," Wilkerson posted. Kentucky Department of Agriculture sponsorship enabled more than 40 high school FFA students and college women to attend this year's conference.
