One Value at a Time: A Class Exploring Jewish Values

Each month we will explore a different Jewish value from their origins in our texts to practical application in our lives now. Let’s strengthen our knowledge of our values together! Shabbat Morning Minyan

BCC's Monthly Shabbat Morning Minyan continues in a most nontraditional way—hybrd in person and by Zoom. All BCC members and friends are invited to join in this service, which features rousing melodies, Torah reading, and uplifting prayers for healing and consolation in a warm, welcoming setting. BCC Tours the Wende Museum

Join us in Culver City at the Wende Museum for an hour tour on Sunday, July 12, at 1pm. The museum is free and so is parking. The Wende Museum was founded in 2002 and has a significant collection of artworks, objects and archival materials from the Cold War-era cultural history and its global legacies. The Wende Museum is located at 10808 Culver Blvd., Culver City. Please RSVP no later than July 8, so we can give the museum an idea of how many will be attending from BCC. This is a free event! Annual Congregational Meeting

Sunday, July 19, 10 am


Join BCC members at our annual congregational meeting in person. At the meeting, you will make important decisions that will guide our congregation for the next year, including approving the budget and selecting members of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee officers.


We will have a voluntary breakfast buffet (bagels, donuts, fruit, etc.) at 9:30 and start the meeting at 10 am. We will finish by noon.

Bet Tzedek talk: Leaving a Legacy

Join us at BCC for an important talk from Alisa Anderson from Bet Tzedek. Alisa Anderson’s Leaving a Legacy Estate planning presentation will include financial and decision-making tools, estate planning tools, limited probate and trust information for heirs of deceased homeowners, and available self-help services.   • ACTION: 📮 Postcard writing. | BCC Social Action Committee has postcards to help get the vote out in critical states. Please help support this cause by picking up some postcards at BCC and filling them out. BCC will provide the postage.
