The season of Lent is here. This year, our pastors are leading us through the sermon series Walking in Y’shua’s Footprints, following Jesus as He observes the Jewish festivals of Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Chanukah, Purim, and Pesach.

Join us for Lenten worship each Wednesday at 5:30pm, followed by dinner in the Gym.

LWML will be preparing 45 Easter baskets to be delivered to children at Summerlin Hospital who have long-term stays in the PICU or pediatric oncology unit.

How to participate:

1. Donate items for the baskets by signing up here.
2. Sponsor a full basket with a $25 donation, directions are available on the table in the Narthex.

• We are continuing the search for names to consider for the position of Kindergarten Teacher to start the 2026-27 school year. Please submit any names for consideration to Mr. Schneider.

• We are also looking to hire a new Special Events Coordinator to plan, promote, and carry out activities that will serve to support the school ministry of MVLCS. Activities include both fellowship and fundraising activities. If you know how to throw a good party or event and want to do so in support of MVLCS, reach out to Mr. Schneider!
