Central Business District Streetscape Improvements Project

On Tuesday, February 7, the City of Highland Park and its consultant Lamar Johnson Collaborative held a webinar as part of the Central Business District (CBD) Streetscape Improvements Project to provide an overview of the project and gain the community’s feedback. The CBD Streetscape Improvements Project is a multi-year initiative to install new streetscape amenities throughout Downtown Highland Park, including streetscape furnishings. The conceptual design for this project was developed in 2016 to provide a cohesive and modern aesthetic vision for Downtown Highland Park.

The webinar was intended to provide a status of the project, next steps, and to supplement additional input gathered by the consultant team in creating the implementation of the streetscape elements.

The webinar recording and presentation slides are available. Community members are invited to provide feedback via a survey by Friday, February 24, 2023.
