Youth Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based intervention training designed to help adults identify, react to and support a child (age 10-18) experiencing mental health or addiction issues or is in active crisis. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, substance abuse, disorders inclusive of psychosis indicators, disruptive behavior disorders, and eating disorders.
