1. Next No Kings on March 28. Find yours on map.

No Kings Activists,

We’re coming together for the next No Kings on March 28 and the map is now LIVE! There are already over 1000 events on the map. You can RSVP to attend a No Kings event near you right now.

2. URGENT: Action needed to defend Grand Staircase-Escalante in Utah!

Congress could soon vote to undermine protections for Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. This would overturn the current Grand Staircase-Escalante Monument Management Plan, which would have implications for all national monuments and their respective management plans. This is a serious threat to these lands and everyone who uses and enjoys national monuments across the country. Act now: Tell your Representative to vote NO.

3. NPR & PBS cancelled by Congress -sign petition

The Corporation for Public Broadcasting — which supports NPR, PBS, and thousands of local stations — is officially SHUTTING DOWN after GOP-led funding cuts. This is a direct attack on trusted news, educational programs, and community media that millions of Americans rely on.

We cannot let this stand. Public media is essential for reliable information and keeping communities connected.

Will you sign our petition now to demand Congress restore funding and protect public media?

5. Save Contra Costa's Transit Systems this weekend

Connect Bay Areaa

A Regional Transportation Ballot Measure to reimagine and reinvest in a system that serves today’s riders and inspires the next generation.

This is why 350 Bay Area Action, Sunflower Alliance, and other groups are involved in the effort to save our transit system and stop the cuts coming to County Connection, Tri Delta Transit, WestCAT, AC Transit, paratransit, and BART

To help get the transit funding measure on the ballot from voters throughout the Bay and are hosting several signature gathering training events in Contra Costa County this weekend and the next. Including Pinole, Richmond, El Cerrtio, Walnut Creek, and Antioch -- the full calendar is here for reference.

I also would be more than happy to organize a training event specifically for your crew at a time/date/location that works for you all.
