Deacon Tom Fallati's Ordination, May 18, 11am, Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception
This weekend is Deacon Tom Fallati's ordination at the Cathedral on May 18th at 11am. The next morning, May 19th, Fr Tom Fallati! will be celebrating his first Mass with us here at 10am followed by a reception in the Parish Hall open to all parishioners as a chance to congratulate him. Please pray for Deacon Tom as he moves closer to this milestone.

St. Pius X Alzheimer Care Team
We're looking for volunteers to join the team to help support families caring for loved ones with memory loss due to Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia by offering respite and friendship through social visits. Social visits enrich the lives of volunteers, the people living with dementia, and give caregivers a much-needed break to take care of themselves. Catholic Charities Collection is this weekend - We will have a second collection on May 18 & 19 to benefit the work and mission of Catholic Charities in supporting families in need. Icon Retreat, June 24-28

Senior Trip to Raindancer
A nice trip is coming up for seniors on June 25th to the Raindancer Restaurant in Amsterdam followed by a fun distillery tour which is a short drive from the restaurant. Seniors are welcome to bring a friend even if they are not a senior. Bus will leave at 10:30am on the 25th. We're going to have a wonderful trip so please sign up and see all the details below.

Seasons of Hope Bereavement Support
Twice a year, in the Fall and Spring, we offer a bereavement program called Seasons of Hope, for those suffering the loss of a loved one. This year's Spring program is held on Monday evenings. Our Gabriel Project ministry supports women in crisis pregnancies. If you or someone you know, cannot make it to Mass due to recovery from surgery, an illness or can simply no longer attend Mass, please let us know by calling our parish office, 518-462-1336, and we will make arrangements to have communion brought to you. Also, please remember if you have short term needs for meals, our meal ministry is ready to jump in to help you.

Youth Ministry
Youth Ministry at St. Pius X is for teens in grades 6-8 (MSYM) and grades 9-12 (HSYM). Each group meets bimonthly with an emphasis on building authentic community and learning about the Catholic Church in an inspiring and engaging way, all while having tons of fun with games and food!
We may be without a Youth Minister at the moment, but we are not without Youth Ministry! We have a wonderful group of Core Team Leaders who are ensuring that all our programs continue uninterrupted.
