As coordinator for a Keiro-funded grant program at the West Los Angeles Buddhist Temple (WLABT), Connie organizes the Dining with the Dharma and 80+ Care Package programs, which were both created in response to the pandemic and continue to serve members to this day.
 
Did you know that approximately half of the U.S. population reported loneliness and social isolation in 2023? August’s Quality of Life Class will focus on how we can stay connected with those surrounding us as we adjust to life after the pandemic.

Retirement is a long sought-after goal for many, and life after retirement can be pursued in a variety of ways. However, finding a new purpose during retirement may be difficult. For David, 82, his life after retirement took him right back to work.
