A New Way to Start a

Difficult Conversation

The Death Deck is a card game with prompts to help friends and family start conversations about death. This game was put to the test by Keiro staff, who took turns asking and answering some of these questions together.

After experiencing hardships following the pandemic and his divorce, Naoki went through a difficult transition that took a toll on his mental health. Since utilizing services through the Keiro-Little Tokyo Service Center partnership, he has been able to move forward from the dark days of the pandemic into a brighter future.
