Caregiving for adult children is often challenging, particularly for older parents who may be starting to experience a decline in their own health and wellbeing. Yoko faced many challenges in life, including a lack of a strong support system as the primary caregiver for her son with developmental disabilities.

A Great Kick-Off to Genki Living Workshops!

Thank you to those who came out to Tanaka Farms for Genki Living Workshops: Gardening! Attendees explored what genki means to them by enjoying a tour of the farm with Farmer Glenn Tanaka, a “Grow Food Anywhere” presentation with UC Master Gardeners of Orange County, and a delicious farm-to-table lunch.
