New Products
We can't believe 2021 is coming to close in a few weeks. As we approach the end of the year, we want to recap some of our new products from this year, from terminal block connectors to high power PCB relays, useful for applications such as energy, factory automation and smart home/building.

Key features and benefits:

  • Industry low profile (depth of 6.4mm for single row and 16.8mm for double row): space savings in design
  • Enhanced efficiency: Easy to assemble, inspect, maintenance due to unique connector engagement structure
  • Low insertion force: Reduces the burden on the worker and increases productivity

Application examples include:

  • Robot Controllers
  • Servo Drive, Stepping Motor
  • CNC Controller
  • Temperature Controller
  • Motion Controller, PLC
  • HMI Screen


Key features and benefits:

  • 800 VAC; 50A switch on, 200A carry current, 50A switch off at 85°C (30,000 Ops N.O.): capable of supporting high capacity switching and carry currents
  • Low initial contact resistance (0.2mΩ max): reduces heat generation due to contact resistance; lower heat generation results in a lesser need for materials such as heat sinks
  • Holding voltage required is 45-60% of rated voltage: reduces power consumption to 1W from 5W, when held at 45% of rated V

  • Power Conditioner Inverter
  • Industrial Inverter
  • Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS)
  • High Voltage Designs

Key features and benefits:

  • 16A @ 250VAC rated load (20,000 Ops) resistive load: resistive load rating for general use
  • 16A @ 250VAC rated load (20,000 Ops) 140μC (IEC60669-2-1 Load A): capable of supporting capacitive loads & applicable for high inrush designs
  • Dual winding latching coil: provides power savings as continuous coil power provisions are not required
  • Compact Package (W:12.7mm × L:29.0mm × H:15.7mm): contributes to downsizing of PCBs and enclosures

Motor Condition Monitoring
This sensor module monitors motor vibration and signals to the operator when abnormal vibration activity is detected. This reduces the need for workers to constantly check motor status, allowing for a more efficient work environment.
Heat Stroke Estimation for Workers Outdoors
Monitoring for heat stroke is especially critical for workers in rugged outdoor environments. A sensor module installed in a worker's helmet provides updates to a mobile phone/tablet with vibration and sound via Bluetooth Low Energy.
