Merchandise and Additional Activities

• Vendors may only accept cash, so it is recommended to bring cash for the day.
• The Epic Photo Ops accepts both cash and credit. 
• ATMs are available throughout the concourse.

Fans 18+ are invited to a DJ dance party with The Rockstar DJ TRE at the Colorado Springs Marriott from 10 pm to 1 am. Tickets are $15 or get the limited availability upgrade option for $30.

At The Broadmoor World Arena we encourage ticket buyers to utilize AXS Mobile ID (digital ticketing) as the method of delivery to enhance their experience by providing the ability to easily transfer tickets, also expediting and maximizing contactless entry to the venue. Here’s how it works:

• Download the AXS Mobile App.
• Open the app and sign in using the email you used to purchase your tickets.
• Show the tickets in the app to the ticket taker to enter.
• Enjoy the event!

Note you must download the AXS Mobile App, we DO NOT accept screenshots, confirmation numbers, confirmation emails or website barcodes at the entrance. For more information about digital ticketing, click here.

Mask Policy

• We trust all guests will responsibly follow this guideline and take precautions to reduce the risk of spreading the COVID virus.
• If you are ill or feel ill, please do not enter the facility.
• Masks are not required, however we strongly encourage everyone to wear a mask while inside the venue.

Bag Policy

Backpacks and other bags are subject to search when entering the venue. We recommend bags 12”x5”x12” or smaller to expedite entry. If you bring in oversized bags, entry may be delayed. No weapons, outside food/beverage, or water bottles are permitted.

Props and Weapons Policy

• Offensive and/or overly revealing attire is prohibited. If you're asked to cover up by staff or security, please comply immediately or risk ejection from the convention.
• No real weapons or functioning projectile weapons – including guns, crossbows, swords, ninja stars, water pistols, silly-string guns, etc.
• All fake and prop guns must have an orange tip, whether glued plastic or painted.
• Metal or wood weapons and objects that are deemed harmful towards attendees (sharp weapons and props) are prohibited.
• No explosives or flash pots
• Weapons must be easily distinguishable from real weapons.
• Convention security and staff reserve the right to refuse any weapon or costume accessory/prop into the show at any time.

Anti-Harassment Policy

• Colorado Springs Comic Con is committed to providing a safe and fun environment for attendees and their families, exhibitors, cosplayers, volunteers, guests and staff.
• We will not tolerate inappropriate behavior of any kind, including but not limited to: harassment about attire, age, disability, marital status, race or color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity. This also includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate behavior towards any type of cosplay or costumer in any way.
• Threatening behavior with the intent to harass, annoy, alarm, abuse, torment, or embarrass another is absolutely unacceptable and is grounds for removal from the event without refund. If unacceptable behavior continues upon being escorted from the show floor, local authorities on site may be asked to pursue criminal charges.
• Anyone who sees or feels that their convention experience is being compromised due to unacceptable or questionable behavior of others, they are encouraged to speak with any staff member, volunteer, or security immediately without concerns for their personal safety or repercussions. Our staff and volunteers will be wearing shirts clearly marked as such.
• Staff will be located throughout the show floor and venue – however immediately going to Registration/Information desk is encouraged to report your incident.
