Sunday Worship Service 10/6 at 10am

10/6 at First Parish of Norwell is a JUSTICE-CENTERED SUNDAY! The service beginning at 10 am will be on the theme “Justice: Our Sacred Responsibility” and will be followed by a “Social Justice Soiree” during coffee hour.

We're putting our heads and hearts together to get inspired, get ideas, and GET STARTED! We hope to generate at least one great idea for a project with people who are excited to make it happen.

We can't wait to dream big with all of you! All are welcome to come and share ideas.

Please send your joys and concerns to Rev. Susan by 9 am on Sunday. Be sure to tell her if your news can be shared with the congregation, or if you would prefer she keep it private. As always, you may also write your joy or concern on a card that the usher will collect during the offering.

Thank You for the Blood Drive!

Thank you so much to our friends and members who came by on Tuesday to give generously of their time and life-saving blood. If you missed this drive and wish you had donated, you can and should look on the Red Cross website to find another local drive soon! There is a national blood shortage right now, and every donation really counts.

Thank you also to Noel and Susan for volunteering to help at the check-in station, and for everyone who helped to spread the word about this event!

We look forward to hosting this event again in the Spring!

Such a Great Weekend: Planet Partners and Old Stables Market

Last weekend we had a fabulous Planet Partners climate engagement weekend. Thank you to everyone who participated in the potluck and discussion, the nature adventure, and the Sunday Service and Courageous Conversation. A HUGE thank you to the Climate Justice Action Team for organizing everything.

We ALSO had a hugely successful vintage marketplace in the old carriage stables on Saturday. Thank you to everyone who came out to shop and show support, and to the people who worked tirelessly to put this event together, especially Noel Constantino.
