Understanding and living your values is a critical step for growth, and this concept aligned with our Midwest Leadership Summit theme of Leading Forward.

You're invited to join us on Friday, June 17th at Noon to Lead Forward with the second Post-Summit Learnshop, Discover, Create, Achieve: The Sequel with Ann Hackett.

During Summit we spent time working on discovering our values, creating our dreams, and achieving our goals. In this Learnshop we will revisit the process and take a deep dive into your most important value, behaviors that reflect that value, and then define the plan to live this value to it’s fullest. You will also learn the process for conducting a values audit to keep your values fresh, and receive tips for revisiting your plan of action so that you can lead forward and live your values every day.

Ann Hackett, PhD, serves as the head of Central Exchange. Throughout her career, Ann’s passion for curiosity and learning has fueled her purpose. Her education focused on industrial/organizational psychology to better understand people, organizations, and relationships. Ann has 20+ years of business strategy, organizational development, and talent management experience, holding executive positions at Accenture, H&R Block, DineEquity, and as a senior advisor at the Kauffman Foundation.

Additionally, she launched her own consulting firm, HumanRoot, and is at the Henry W. Bloch School of Management, where she serves as Chief Learning & Engagement Office, Executive Coach, and Assistant Professor of Professional Practice, and leader of Central Exchange, a group dedicated to the advancement and development of women.
