To Our Valued Customers,

Summer may be winding down, but ACTION’s production schedule is heating up! Here are a few important updates from the ACTION crew.

  • Limited 2026 Capacity – If you’re planning a new machine purchase before year-end, order now to secure your delivery. We are entering our busiest production season, and 2026 manufacturing slots are available, but limited.
  • Holiday Shutdown Planning – Are you planning a maintenance shutdown around the holidays? Now is the time to audit your vibratory equipment. Contact us today to order critical replacement parts or to schedule a service visit with one of our technicians. Don’t let year-end logistics disrupt your maintenance timelines.

While we are sprinting hard toward the end of the year, our commitment to your plant’s uptime remains unmatched. ACTION continues to lead the industry by prioritizing true customer service: connecting you directly to our technical sales and engineering experts, and treating every request with the urgency it deserves.

Thank you for your continued trust in ACTION. Have a wonderful rest of your summer!

ACTION Highlight

ACTION is committed to ensuring that you get the right equipment for your unique applications. We recognize that conveying applications are never exactly alike, so it is important to understand the strengths and characteristics of ACTION’s coil spring technology.

Coil spring conveyors are the preferred choice in demanding industrial environments because they have a much broader application and are more forgiving under changing operating conditions. The proven coil spring design has been trusted across industries for decades because of their durability, reliability, and consistency to maintain performance even in harsh operating conditions.

If you’re interested in the benefits that coil spring technology can offer, please contact us to discuss your application.

Maintenance Corner: Extending the Lifespan of Parts

Vibratory equipment works under constant motion, load, and abrasion, so small maintenance issues can quickly turn into premature component failure. Here are some key practices for extending the lifespan of common component parts.

  • Reaction Springs: Inspect for cracking, sagging, uneven height, corrosion, and loss of isolation. Replace matched sets when required.

  • Rocker Arms: Clean around clips to prevent excess friction on the rubber bushing. Inspect clips for wear during each bushing replacement, and ensure the hardware is torqued per specifications for proper bushing function.

  • Bearings: Use the correct grease, keep contaminants out, monitor temperature, and listen for grinding or squealing noises
