Engineering Developments

Are you tired of the constant interruptions caused by material build-up on your vibratory equipment? We know how frustrating this can be, not only affecting your workflow but also hindering your productivity. ACTION Vibratory Equipment has the solution: the Stroke Control Unit (SCU).

ACTION's SCU is engineered to seamlessly integrate with your new and existing equipment, providing real-time monitoring and regulation of stroke to ensure optimal performance. By intelligently adjusting motor RPMs based on sensor feedback, the SCU significantly reduces the frequency of cleaning, allowing operational efficiency, longer run times, reduced maintenance costs, and an overall boost in productivity.

Stop letting material build-up disrupt your workflow and optimize your equipment performance today with the ACTION Stroke Control Unit.

Maintenance Corner

Maintenance Basics: Stroke Reading and Cleaning

Why is knowing your stroke an essential part of optimizing your Action Equipment's performance, extending the life span of your parts and conveyor?

Understanding how to accurately read and monitor conveyor stroke levels is crucial for determining your conveyor's cleaning schedule. Regular cleaning increases the lifespan of your Action Conveyor and its components.

As equipment ages or changes are made, conveyors can under-stroke. Read your stroke daily to alert you when sheave and belt replacements are due or when fabricated parts need to be replaced.

Read your stroke when doing any modifications or maintenance task to ensure your equipment stays within recommended parameters. Tracking your stroke can reduce the frequency of maintenance tasks and guarantee successful implementation when maintenance tasks are performed.

If excessive stroke continues to be an issue when regularly cleaning, an SCU may be the solution. The Action Stroke Control Unit can maintain optimal running speed and stroke, reducing work shift interruptions for cleaning and maintenance. Please check out the Engineering Developments section of this newsletter to learn more about our Stroke Control Unit.
