Newly added: Garden State Home- Omnibus Eviction & Homelessness Prevention (OEHP): GSH is serving households in Bergen, Middlesex, and Hudson Counties. Resource Navigators will be providing in-person services at the courthouse for all LT trial dates including:
- Resource Navigation, Case Management, & Eviction Diversion
- Creative solutions to expeditiously prevent households from eviction
- Emergency Flexible Funds: rental arrears, relocation, utilities, court fees, etc

Update from website: Coronavirus Emergency Rescue Mortgage Assistance Program (ERMA):
The NJERMA (Covid-19 Hardship based) program IS STILL ACCEPTING application for qualified homeowners who suffered financial difficulty due to the pandemic. All ERMA award payments must be made prior to the earlier of the NJHMFA ERMA closeout date, or the Federal HAF Program end date of 9/30/2026. The application period for the NJHMFA ERMA program may close as soon as June or July 2026 to allow sufficient time for file processing and payment approval.
