The holiday season is a time for joy, but sometimes it brings along a few unwanted guests like colds, the flu or other pesky germs. Don’t let illness put a damper on your festivities —remember that you and your employees who have the Funding Advantage Plan have 24/7 access to telehealth doctors, even on Christmas Day!


You’re welcome to use any telehealth provider, and to get reimbursed for your visit, just send the following information to clientservices@alliednational.com:

  • A receipt or invoice showing the telehealth service and the amount paid.
  • The full name of the person who received the service (as listed on the receipt).
  • The Member ID of the person who received the service.
  • The date of the telehealth visit.


Reimbursement is subject to your Funding Advantage plan benefits, and for HSA plans, it may apply to your deductible.
