Dear Xenia Community Schools Families,
This has been a good week for Xenia students! We kicked off the week at our annual Trunk or Treat event on Tuesday, hosted our second annual Report Card Fair at Warner Middle School, and premiered the fall play at Xenia High School last night!
This week, we are also kicking off our second annual speech competition for the district, which is the focus of this week's Superintendent Minute:

And, of course, you can also read more about all of these programs and events below in this week's email!
Finally, like all of you, I am incredibly excited to support our student-athletes coming off an UNDEFEATED football season as they head into tonight's playoff game at Doug Adams Stadium.
Of course, I am proud of these students' focus and drive on the football field. However, I am even prouder about their success in the classroom! The team's combined Team GPA is a solid 3.51, and I know that this has been a consistent focus throughout the school year for players and coaches. Well done, all!
As far as tonight's game, there are also plenty of details and reminders included in this week's email, so be sure to read through to the end.
I hope to see you at that game — and GO BUCS!

This week, the district hosted its annual Trunk or Treat event on Tuesday at Xenia High School. THANK YOU to all of the PTOs, local businesses, families, board members, school departments, and others who made the event a success.
