New LifeWave Senior Leadership Pool Bonus

Beginning Q4 of 2023: October 1 – December 31, 2023

At the Recognition Gala on Saturday evening, Meredith Berkich and Ryan Barson introduced the newest LifeWave compensation reward beginning October 2023. This quarterly bonus is a percentage of LifeWave revenue, rewarding consistent, sustainable, business-building activities.


  • Paid-as Consistency at the Senior Leadership Level is required for eligibility to participate and earn weekly shares
  • Growth above your individual baseline generates shares
  • Focus on Building outside strongest leg generates shares, creating stability and maximization of leadership compensation benefits

Senior Leadership Pool Bonus Eligibility Qualifications

 

Both existing SPDs and newly ranked SPDs may become eligible to earn shares for this quarterly bonus.


Eligibility is based on the performance of the prior quarter (13 weeks immediately preceding the start of the pool).

Share Requirements


Once eligible, SPDs may qualify to earn shares by meeting the Senior Leadership Pool Bonus Share Requirements.


Earnings will be calculated based on the pool size and the total shares earned each week within the qualification period.


Payouts will occur after the close of the quarter (December 31, 2023).
