With lawsuits nationwide, there has been a lot of uncertainty about how and when your environment will change. Today, we are pleased to start reducing that uncertainty and enabling you to move your business forward. To that end, MetroList has formally opted to be a party to the nationwide National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) settlement agreement, and we fully intend to comply with the agreement’s terms. Those terms include significant changes to be made to our MLS Rules that will affect how brokers and agents conduct business through the MLS.

We have a roadmap for implementing changes necessary to ensure compliance, and we will assist in communicating the value of these changes to your clients.
