Spend Money, Make Money with new rebate program

Choice Partners (CP) recently launched CHOICE CA$H, a new rebate program available to all members. The program provides an avenue for members to earn money back based on their CP contract usage per school year. All CP contracts are eligible for the rebate.

As CP contracts are compliant with EDGAR and 2 CFR 200, members can have peace of mind using federal funds to shop. This also applies to CP food contracts, which are also TDA and USDA compliant.

To capture all CP contract procurement available for the rebate, members must utilize the Order Portal button on the Member Dashboard. Simple guidelines for uploading either individual orders or bulk uploads are available at www.choicepartners.org/rebate-program. The rebate program is effective during HCDE's fiscal year: Sept. 1, 2022 to Aug. 31, 2023.

The launch, which was presented both in-person and online, featured rebate program details, as well as a Q&A session where CP team members addressed questions regarding contracts, availability of rebate, and vendor special pricing.

According to Jeff Drury, senior director of CP, the rebate program is just another benefit the co-op wanted to provide to its members. “In simple terms, our new rebate program gives our members great ROI for their budgets.”

One of the contracts that Choice Partners offers with the rebate is Amazon Business, an online marketplace where federal funds can be used. Conveniently, Amazon will record all purchase data for the member and send a report to CP so these purchases do not have to be logged into the Order Portal.
