ImaginationsTM Custom Design Floor Program
| | "Our team is Tarkett’s customer-centric account management program, created 25 years ago when a customer asked to issue one purchase order for both material and labor, providing single-source responsibility," said Donna Mulkey, regional Source One coordinator. | | | | |
Source One channels all the intricate details of flooring management and installation to professional partners for a complete turnkey solution, allowing the customer the freedom to focus their full attention on the project itself.
"CP has helped by keeping prices manageable and bringing in more customers interested in using the program," Mulkey said. "We have a current NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 96/100 for customer satisfaction."
