Mid-Continental Restoration provides quality restoration services

Mid-Continental Restoration Co., Inc. (Mid Continental Restoration) is an employee-owned, specialty contractor providing exceptional services for building envelope repairs, specializing in historic masonry restoration and waterproofing. 

The company has been preserving and revitalizing building exteriors throughout the central United States for 75 years and has served over a dozen Choice Partners (CP) members.

With a motto of “Restoration is our Name, Preservation brought us Fame,” Mid-Continental Restoration has shown itself to be qualified, dependable, and professional according to previous clients. 

Frank Halsey, vice president of business development & marketing, stated how the company has helped its customers.

“Our customers are not just content, they are happy with our services,” Halsey said.

“Our employee ownership is unique to our specialty trade and provides incentives for quality services and professionalism from our employee owners.”

Within North America, seven offices provide these services to 11 states, reaching from Canada to Mexico, and from the Rocky Mountains to the Mississippi River.

“For years we’ve dealt with public institutions that would inquire how they can avoid the pain and hassle of publicly advertising for bids and awarding to the lowest bidder,” stated Halsey. “CP has helped us acquire work with owners that wanted to work with us because of the trust level."

One of the more recent projects was concrete panel replacement done for the University of Arkansas, the latest of many projects that Mid-Continental Restoration has done for the university. Meticulous coordination among crew members ensured seamless progress, underscoring their commitment to delivering high-quality results with precision and agility.
