To All Mohawk Medbuy Staff,

In order to continue providing our Accounts Payable Members with the best support possible and prepare for continued growth of our AP service line, we’re pleased to announce a new organizational structure for our Accounts Payable Team. The new structure aims to streamline communications, offer further specialized support for Members and position MMC's AP Services for further success. 

Sarah LaCivita has taken on the new role of Manager, Accounts Payable Services, and each Member hospital has been assigned a Team Lead as their main point of contact. The Team Leads will also be the main points of contact for the MMC AP Associates assigned to each Member.

With this new structure, MMC can more successfully support hospitals across departments and operational levels. It will allow us to improve the Member experience by further leveraging best practices and our systems’ capabilities to streamline workflows and drive value – including the additional health care savings available through our Visa Payables Program.  

AP Team – New Responsibilities 

We are pleased to announce the following responsibility changes to facilitate our new support model. 

Jake Gaskin has recently accepted the role of Team Lead and will continue to support Brant Community Healthcare System during his transition. In addition, Doris Romano, Dolores Procaccini and Susan Van Zeist have accepted full-time positions with MMC.
