Tip of the Week:
Keep a Football With You at All Times
|
To develop your football skills, it's important to not only keep practicing the sport but to live, love, and breathe it as much as possible.
A simple method to help you get started is to always keep a football on hand. Try tossing a football up and catching it while watching TV or carrying one with you whenever you go for a run or a workout.
Having a football with you at all times will make handling it second nature. Although this technique is typically used to help lessen the chances of fumbling — even though tackling isn't an issue in flag football — it will offer you an advantage over your opponents by simply making you more comfortable having a football in your hands.
