Fantastic Work at the BGNW Meets Last Weekend! | | |

Congratulations to our swimmers who raced at the BGNW Distance Meet and the BGNW 8-and-under Meet last weekend!
Our athletes participated in many new events including first-time AGUA relay swims for our 8-and-under swimmers. In these events, AGUA team members raced to new best times, event wins, and more. They also gained great racing experience for the future!
The AGUA coaches would like to extend an extra thank you to the following athletes for standing out as RAD teammates and exemplifying our team values of respect, accountability, and discipline: Hugh Batten, Lauren Batten, Jolie Loghmanee, Sabrina Shafer, and Ava Smith.

Register to Learn About Performance Nutrition
As a reminder, we're hosting a Zoom presentation next Tuesday, November 29 at 7:30pm covering nutrition and fueling for recovery with the president and owner of Beine Wellness Building, Erica Beine.
Be sure to register today! The recorded Zoom meeting is for athletes and parents and will consist of a short nutrition presentation where we'll learn how to individualize nutrition and recovery. Then, it will go into our partnership with Beine Wellness Building over the next year and the discounts the AGUA team can get!
Erica and her team have worked with over 30 Olympians, and currently, U.S. Olympians Caeleb Dressel and Catie DeLoof along with 13 Tokyo Olympians and many other national team members work with her. Explore the following links to learn more about Beine Wellness Building:

Asphalt Green ID Cards
All swimmers must use their ID cards to access Asphalt Green's Upper East Side and Battery Park City campuses at each practice. Swimmers will not be permitted to enter the facilities without swiping in with their ID.

- UES AG2 swimmers racing at the BGNW Invitational will swim from 4pm to 5pm at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.
- UES AG2 swimmers racing at the NCAP Invitational will swim from 4pm to 5:30pm at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.
- AG3 and Senior Prep swimmers racing at the BGNW Invitational will swim from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.
- AG3 and Senior Prep swimmers racing at the NCAP Invitational will swim from 6:30pm to 8pm at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.
- Senior I and Senior II will swim from 6pm to 7pm at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.
Saturday, December 3, 2022
- National will swim from 7am to 9:30am at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.

- National will swim from 7am to 8:30am at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.
- Senior Prep NCAP Invitational swimmers will swim from 8:30am to 10am at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.
2022-2023 Season Updates
- The 2022 winter break will take place Friday, December 23 through Monday, December 26.
- The holiday training schedule is now available and will take place Tuesday, December 27 through Saturday, December 31.
