Due to the holiday weekend, there will be no scheduled programming this Saturday, November 26. We'll return for the Pro Bowl game Saturday, December 3 followed by the first round of playoffs Saturday, December 10.

Tip of the Week:
Footwork, Foot-WIN
Footwork — the way in which you move your feet — is a game-changing skill that can immediately improve your performance on the field.

There may be players bigger, stronger, and faster than you, but if you're the athlete with the best footwork, you're the one with the advantage. Footwork technique and mechanics can make up for a lack of size or experience in any arena making the skill a true equalizer in all sports, not just football.

Check out a few cornerback footwork drills. If you practice these in your spare time, you'll quickly see improvement in your athletic prowess on the field and beyond (such as the dance floor).
