-
Yoga will be available from 12:15-12:55 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays in the Niepagen South Classroom in the Shirk Center. Yoga will be taught by David Vale from the Yoga Lab. The university gives employees an extra 15 minutes for lunch if participating in a university sponsored exercise program.

Personal Fitness will take place from 4:45-5:15 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays on the track in the Shirk Center. Grace Redman, personal trainer, will lead this program.
If you're interested in walking, email Mindy McCluskey at [email protected]. Mindy is available to lead a fitness walking group every Wednesday from 12:15-12:55 p.m., either on the indoor or outdoor track this fall (weather permitting). It's a great way to get to know our colleagues and get some exercise. If we have enough interest, she will begin on Wednesday, Sept. 14.
All exercise promotes a healthier heart, increased self-esteem, tones muscle, increases energy, stronger bones and joints, relieves stress and strengthens your immune system — many wonderful reasons to add some physical activity to your life.
