Peace for the Solstice

I was going to record a guided meditation for the Solstice. But then yesterday, I called my language teacher in Mongolia. Her name is Amgalan. It means Peace. Amgalan has survived a debilitating accident, a life threatening illness and every time I talk to her, I am in tears at the sheer truth and beauty of her way of being and seeing the world.
