Our ancestors lived longer and healthier lives because of it - they put real, nourishing food into their bodies. Let's try and keep doing the same.
Unfortunately, our area doesn't have many options to buy directly from farms most of the year, but we want to remind you to pay attention to where your produce is coming from at the grocery store. And if you venture to Reno there are healthier options at the Riverside Farmers Market and the Great Basin Community Co-op.
