Please take a moment to review these key compliance items to help keep our MLS data accurate and our processes running smoothly:

Owner Listing Opt Out Forms: We’re seeing an uptick in missing Owner Listing Opt Out forms (CVR 145). Remember, these must be submitted within three (3) days of the Seller’s ratification of the listing agreement. Send completed forms to compliance@cvrmls.com.
- Listing Agreements Required: All listings entered as Active or Coming Soon must have an active, written listing agreement to be entered into our MLS system. If you do not have a fully ratified listing agreement in place with the seller, you cannot enter your listing under the Active or Coming Soon status.
- Grace Periods: If you receive a compliance notice, please make any required corrections and notify us before the Grace Period expires.
- Directions Field: When using the Directions field, reference the nearest intersection or a recognizable landmark. “Use GPS” isn’t reliable for properties that don’t map accurately.
| | If data share listings aren’t appearing in your searches, try using county, ZIP code, or—our favorite—the map draw tool to define your desired area. Our data share partners use different MLS area numbering systems, which can’t be mapped across platforms. As a result, searching by MLS Area will exclude listings from Bright and REIN. |

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing CVR MLS tools and services, user fees will be adjusted to $200 for the next quarterly billing in December. You can use this data to generate detailed reports based on your chosen metrics.
