Health Tip: Kidney Stone Prevention

Water is your best friend!


Kidney stones can be a real pain (literally!). These hard deposits can cause some serious pain, and while you can't completely eliminate your risk, certain dietary tweaks can go a long way in preventing them.

Hydration is Key: Aim for 8-10 glasses a day (or more in hot weather or during exercise) to dilute the substances that can form stones in your urine.
