Fourth of July Closure


Campus offices are closed and no classes are being held on Monday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day. Have a fun and safe 4th.

Get Help this Summer


In-person mental health services are available on campus this summer. You can access the services by referring yourself at Center for Mental Health and Wellness | Los Rios Community College District. You can also access services by going to your campus health center in person. The schedule for in-person mental health services is as follows:  

 

  • American River College: Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm - provider is LaTisha Lintag / Marriage and Family Therapist
  • Cosumnes River College: Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm - provider is Stephen Young / Clinical Social Worker 
  • Folsom Lake College: Thursday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm - provider is LaTisha Lintag / Marriage and Family Therapist  
  • Sacramento City College: Monday and Wednesday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm - provider is Rome DeVase / Psychologist

Do you have a visible or invisible disability, health condition, or learning difference? Do you need help deciding your career, connecting to an internship, or finding a job? Are barriers preventing you from reaching your educational or career goals? Come to this information session to learn more about how the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) and the Los Rios WorkAbility III (WAIII) program can help! During this session, you will meet representatives from the DOR and WAIII and learn how you can get connected to services to help you reach your goals, such as help with training and education, career assessments, intensive career coaching, effective job search techniques, and connecting to internships and jobs.
