| | New IT Web Portal Coming Soon | |
To better serve students and employees, college and district IT teams have been collaborating on a new web portal to support IT needs in one online location. The district and all four colleges will share a common platform to handle issues ranging from equipment requests and device support to software and network drive access. Called Service Central, the goals of the new portal are to:
- Simplify how you get support from IT
- Allow you to see what's happening with your request online
- Provide you with faster responses to issues and requests
- Provide a host of other capabilities that will improve support districtwide
All Los Rios IT will be trained to receive and manage customer requests in Service Central to provide greater transparency and efficiency. The anticipated go-live date is this summer. Be on the lookout for additional announcements as we get closer to launch or visit our Service Central page for the most up-to-date information.
