Welcome Activities This Week

All students are invited to a series of Week of Welcome (WOW) events this week on the ARC main campus. All events will be held from 12:00 to 2:00 pm. Learn more about these events on the online calendar.

Monday, August 22 – Welcome Back: Enjoy the first day of the semester with a variety of events on the main campus.
Tuesday, August 23 – De-Stress Activities: Relax with music, coloring, and other activities.
Wednesday, August 24 – Ice Cream Social: Learn about campus programs, find a campus job, and meet the ARC ASB Student Leaders with some free ice cream in the Student Center.
Thursday, August 25 – Nacho Average Disco: Enjoy nachos from Nacho House 916 and dance at the Silent Disco at the Student Center.

Fall 2022 College Exchange

All employees are invited to a series of Zoom talks titled the “College Exchange" with ARC President Melanie Dixon. These talks are designed to be an exchange of thoughts and ideas about the college with a special eye towards how we can work together to advance ARC's shared vision and goals. Stop by, ask a question, and engage in an open exchange. Exchange events will be recorded for those who are unable to attend. Here are the Fall 2022 dates:

Child Development Center Applications

The ARC Child Development Center is accepting applications for fall enrollment! The application is available online, or stop by the center on the East side of campus. Call the center at (916) 484-8652 if anyone has questions.

Interfaith Planning Calendar

Our community includes members from numerous backgrounds and we strive for awareness and understanding of a variety of cultural observances. All members of the ARC community are encouraged to be thoughtful about scheduling events on major religious holidays. ARC has an interfaith planning calendar that can serve as a resource. The calendar is designed for informational purposes and may not include all major religious/cultural holidays and details. Due to variations in cultural and regional religious practices and the use of different calendars, some dates of holidays may vary from those listed in the calendar.
